Central Carolina
Technical College is a public two-year college
and is an institution where you can "learn
to earn". The CCTC focus is on Sumter,
Lee, Clarendon, and Kershaw counties but reach
beyond with two statewide programs: Natural
Resources Management and Environmental Engineering
Technology, as well as the SC Environmental
Training Center.Central Carolina Technical
College has campus locations located in in
Sumter, Camden, Manning, and Shaw Air Force
Base, as well as a virtual location on the
Internet.Clarendon County is served by the
F. E. DuBose Center of Central Carolina which
is located just north of Manning on U.S. Highway
521. The state-of-the-art facility offers
academic credit classes and workforce development
opportunities. The Center for Accelerated
Technology Training (CATT) utilizes the F.E.
DuBose Center for its workforce training programs.
